The Movado Men's Luno Watch is an exquisite and stunning timepiece that features Movado's black museum dial with its signature concave hour marker at the 12 o'clock. The dial is offset by gold plated hands. Featuring Movado's renowned Swiss craftsmanship, this watch has a 38 millimeter diameter, two-tone stainless steel case and gold-plated bezel, and two-tone stainless steel bracelet with gold-plated half moons that echo the dial's Museum dot and a push-button-clasp. The watch also features Swiss quartz movement and a sapphire crystal, and is water resistant to 100 feet. Movado, which is the Esperanto word for "movement," is renowned for its Swiss craftsmanship and the widely recognizable plain clock face with a single point at 12 o'clock on its museum timepieces. This minimalist design was intended to be evocative of a sun dial, with the dot representing the sun at high noon.

This is one awesome watch. I love Movado's. I was out shopping at the local malls, I could not find a jewelry store that had this watch for less then $1,000. I took a gamble and checked it out on Amazon. Five Hundred Dollars, Free Shipping and NO Sales tax! The watch arrived by UPS in only 5 days. I urge anyone considering a Movado to buy from Amazon.
There were several comments on here about the watches not having a Movado warranty. This is true, they have an Amazon warranty. Movado sets a minimum price that its authorized dealers have to charge. So if the Movado warranty is so important to you, go to your local jewelry store and pay retail price for this watch, and they will be happy to give you the Movado warranty or you could get two watches for that price on Amazon.
Very beautiful, attractive watch.... July 7, 2008
I ordered the Luno with the Free Shipping which I must say took exactly 7 days to arrive. That I think is really fast for free shipping. I took the watch to a Movado Outlet Center where they sized it for free. So, got it fast and sized it free not mentioning a great price which was about $200 less than any store nearby. This watch is sculpted beautifully, looks very professional not to mention great for nice casual gatherings.

We bought this watch for our son for his college graduation and he loves it. It looks very elegant. He did have to take it to a store to have links removed but that was not expensive.

I am so happy I found this watch on Amazon. The same watch was on sale at a national chain jewelry store for $885. They offered me a 2 year extended warranty for another $95. I could buy 2 of these watches from Amazon for that same price. You do not need to take it in to resize the band. A $2 jewelry screwdriver will take out any extra links in a few minutes. This watch is beautiful!!
