While the service was great and the delivery was timely, I was disappointed by the quality of the gemstones. The shape and quality of the heart pendant and the chain were satisfactory. However, the emeralds were cloudy and flawed. They look nothing like the sample picture. I was expecting more and I think my girlfriend deserved better. My advice- dont buy jewelry online.

My only comment is that you've got to be careful with chain; it's really delicate

This was my first online purchase of jewelry, and I must say that I did very well.
First I carefully selected the online store by reading lots of online reviews, and Finejewelers.com appeared to be the most reliable online store with the highest percentage of positive reviews. That said, they did not disappoint me at all. I ordered the emerald heart pendant, and I received it really fast with regular free shipping. It may have taken 2 or 3 days! The pendant was packaged to impress, really elegant and expensive looking jewelry box and bag. The free chain is "made in Italy" and really pretty. The emerald quality was really above all expectations. The stones have really nice color and no black inclusions. I've seen so many emeralds with black inclusions that I have learned to expect all genuine emeralds to have them. Not mine! The diamond is white, clean and brilliant. Overall a great shopping experience. Great Pendant, Great vendor, and with mother's day coming soon, I'll know where to shop for all my Jewelry gifts!
