Broken clasp August 11, 2008
My first order was delivered with a broken clasp on the necklace. The packaging was more than sufficient for safe delivery, so it was obviously sent this way. I returned the necklace and pendant only to find out that it was on back order. After a week or two of back order, I eventually received my second necklace and pendant. The second order has a working clasp, and I (and my girlfriend) are completely satisfied. It is a simple and beautiful combo. I am just glad that this was not a time-critical purchase.
