I read a negative review before I received this in the mail and I was kind of disappointed because I bought it as a gift. It arrived later that day and I am very impressed with it.
My only gripe was that it came in a small velvet bag and the chain was a tangled mess. But I was very happy with the item for the price that was paid.

I got this for a gift for a teenager who is big into dolphins. It hasn't seemed to leave her neck yet. And, hasn't broken either. Very delicate chain.
 VERY cheap quality, don't expect much for the price August 23, 2008
I bought this as a gift for my wife but the feel and look is so "Cheap", I am not going to give it to her. It is very dull, it does not shine like in the picture on Amazon and it is also hollow giving it a very cheap feel. It addition, I do not thing it will hold up well because it is so cheaply made. This is made in China and it is of the typical poor quality I have come to expect from anything made in China. Basically, you are getting the same quality, look, packaging and product that you would if you purchased this from a road-side vendor for $5. Save your money!
